Please be aware that if your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel it. In this situation, you would need to follow our return policy.

We do not charge cancellation fees for orders that are canceled before shipment. This is part of our commitment to provide a hassle-free shopping experience.

After Shipment

If your order has been shipped, you will be responsible for any shipping costs if you decide to return the items to us. If you refuse delivery or fail to pick up the package, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees incurred. Should you decide to keep the item(s) without paying the return shipping fees, we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of the item(s).

Custom Orders

Custom orders, which are made specifically for you, may have different cancellation terms. These orders are typically non-refundable. Refunds

Refunding Process

If we are able to cancel your order before it has shipped, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 8-10 business days. For orders that have already shipped, please refuse delivery or return the package to us. Upon receipt of the returned items, we will process your refund within the same timeframe.

Please note that we do not refund any customs duties or taxes that may have been paid on the original purchase.
